Core Values: Integrity | Competence | Morality | Truth | Excellence
Integrity – The consistent practice of doing the right things by being honest, truthful and ethical, diversified towards shared vision, mission and goals. Doing things as a group effort.
Competence – We strive to be “the best that we can be” in every area of competence, and we should be proud of the level of competence that we have achieved in everything we do.
Morality – a particular system of values and principles of conduct, especially one held by a specified person or society.
Truth (veritas) – Truth is found when the mind reflects on the reality of anything. It is found when the person discovers the realities and values that orient, give sense, and may bring contents to human life. In truth there is community between what a person thinks and what he speaks.
Excellence (excelsior) – means greatness — the very best. Achieving excellence is never easy to do. Excellence is a quality that people really appreciate, because it’s so hard to find. Excellence is the quality of excelling, of being truly the best at something.
